For the past 50 years, SaniJohn has provided quality service to the Washington Metropolitan area. We provide reliable services in the District of Columbia, Alexandria and Montgomery, Prince George’s, Howard, Anne Arundel, Arlington, Fairfax and Loudon Counties.
For orders placed before 3:00 p.m., your unit will be delivered next-business-day.
We recognize that the removal of our unit typically represents the end of your project or event. With that in mind we will remove units as quickly as possible often on the same day of the request but no more than 48 hours after your request. Our dispatch and operations team will provide you with a firm, guaranteed removal time.

On a level surface, no further than 20 feet from a hard surface (so that our service trucks can access).
Typically, only if in a public park or area. You should check with the county the event will be in to ensure you are in compliance.
Our telephone call center is staffed Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Account managers are available after-hours for critical or emergency situations. Additionally, all email inquiries will be responded to same-day.
Our service drivers work every day, excluding major holidays, and are able to work with your hours, to accommodate (for example) secured or locked sites. During a weather event, you will be contacted by your account manager to schedule service for the next available day.
SaniJohn will be closed on the following days in observance of the listed holidays:
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving and day after
- New Years Day
Services normally scheduled on these dates will be performed on the next scheduled non-holiday service day.
